HOW OFTEN IS PROGRAMMING UPDATED? 50% of the entertainment programming is changed about every 4 weeks. As new entertainment content is uploaded to your network the older is removed.
DOES ABN REALLY HAVE AN IMPACT ON MY CSI? Initial research conducted indicates that the scores related to the service waiting process and the amenities the dealership offers improves once ABN is installed. We encourage you to track this yourself.

IS ABN AVAILABLE IN HIGH DEFINITON (HD)? YES! Although ABN delivers most of it's content in Standard Definition (SD), we do have High Definition (HD) programming as well. We anticipate the balance of programming to gradually shift from SD to HD over the next 12 to 18 months.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET INSTALLED? Approximately 30 days from the date of receiving your initial payment.
WILL INSTALLATION OF THE SYSTEM INTERFERE WITH THE RUNNING OF THE DEALERSHIP?No. ABN installers are professional and will do all they can to be invisible to your customers and employees.
WILL THERE BE CONNECTING WIRES STRUNG THROUGHOUT THE DEALERSHIP? No. All set-top boxes, satellite boxes and satellite equipment will be professionally installed. Our installers are all bonded and insured.
HOW CAN THE DEALERSHIP ADD THEIR OWN CUSTOM CONTENT? The dealer or their advertising agency simply sends the video files to ABN's production offices via their own dealerships internet remote control portal. A complete description with step-by-step procedures is emailed to you prior to installation in a "Welcome Kit".
WHAT TYPE OF ADVERTISING WILL BE SHOWN ON MY PRIVATE TELEVISION NETWORK? Only ads and program shorts that promote the products and services from your dealership will be shown.
WILL THERE EVER BE ADS SHOWN FOR A COMPETING PRODUCT? Never.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY COVERAGE OF THE SET TOP BOX, SATELLITE AND SATELLITE RELATED EQUIPMENT THAT WILL BE INSTALLED?ABN warrants all sattelite equipment that is provided by ABN for the life of the agreement term with the dealer.
